Small Business Development Centers

RCSC owns and operates two Business Development Centers that
help small businesses decrease their overhead costs and simplify
the startup so the owners can concentrate on building their business.

All Business Development Centers have similar facilities in which a number of new and growing businesses operate under one roof with affordable space fees, and shared services and equipment. Each Rural Consumer Services Corporation tenant also has access to a range of professional business counseling services, as well as training and meeting facilities.

Convenient to the Wilmington and Myrtle Beach markets, the BDCs offer far more than the typical commercial real estate environment and are located in:

Whiteville, North Carolina
Tabor City, North Carolina

  The Small Business Center at Southeastern Community College provides on-site management of the Business Development Centers and offers assistance with business plans, locating financing options and ongoing management and training.
  Technical assistance with accounting, computer systems, marketing, etc.
